The function
Manpower is looking for 4 Customer Service Officers for its new service. You will perform evening/night work starting from Monday to Friday or during weekend (several shifts).
Concretely you are responsible of matching candidate’s profiles to client’s needs and you are in charge of writing contracts for candidates. You have all the tools and historical data at your disposal to succeed in your task as agent responsible for the interim department and managing the liaison between our existing clients and interim candidates. 
 
Your profile
  • Good customer care and communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Tri lingual (FR, DU, UK) means good writing & reading capacity in the 3 languages
  • Excellent oral capacity in FR & DU and good oral capacity in UK
  • Experienced in a call center or customer care in an asset
  • Empathy and stress resistant person with a team spirit
