For our client located in GENT we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant.
Job description:
Creation and maintenance of material master data, MRP data, equipments and spare part lists,
Analysing stocks and resupply in preparation/consolidation of an outage,
Doc management for all spare parts related documents (drawings, reports,…),
Creation and follow-up of purchase orders,
Organising incoming inspections for new/repaired parts,
Contact with different stakeholders in preparation and consolidation of projects,
Preparation/consilidation of outages: gathering parts, quality and quantity checks,
Organising transports,
Set up of temporary warehouses and inventory for outages onsite,
Follow-up of all dossiers for main processes purchasing, resupply and refurbishments,
Responsible for all management of the capital parts (history, SAP movements, location management and identification, part flows),
Inventory of critical parts,
Close cooperation and synergy with the Logistics department.
