Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for our company. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in recruiting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and assess candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct approaches
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide advice and support on sourcing strategies and candidate selection
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles;
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English, French is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
